How to play Dordle
- Type a five-letter word. It fills a row on both grids at once.
- Read both boards. Green means right letter, right spot; yellow means right letter, wrong spot — separately for each board.
- Split your attention. A word that's genius for the left board may be a dud for the right. That tension is the whole game.
- Solve both in seven. Finish one board early and every remaining guess goes all-in on the other.
Strategy that actually works
Open with two vowel-heavy, no-repeat words (something like SLATE then CORNY) before committing to either board. From guess three, work the board with more information first — locking one answer early turns the endgame into regular Wordle with extra guesses. And never burn a guess that's only useful to one board before guess four unless it could be the outright answer.
